--Aggregate Batcher
High capacity design, the aggregate storage hopper capacity is 10m3 of each 10m3 ;
With platform for maintenance and cleaning.
The number of aggregate hopper can be up to 6 nos.
There is a separate weighing belt under each aggregate storage hopper
The hanging board of the batcher is formed by hydraulic forming machine,
which can effectively improve the structural strength of the hanging board.
--Aggregate weighing system
All aggregate batchers have individual discharge belt with individual motor and individual load cell(America transcell).
The aggregate is weighed by the load cell, and the feeding flow is controlled by the frequency transformer to achieve the required proportion,
with high accuracy. And with an alarm function of material shortage,
it will automatically exit the batching and production when the material is lacking for a while.
--The Best Way for Vibration of Fine Aggregate
All the vibrator using OLI brand(Italy brand), reliable and durable .
Patented vibrating-lining structure with adjustable pressure relief plate design, to enhance the vibration efficiency and protect the hopper body .
--Flat belt Conveyor
The conveyor belt adopts well-known brand and has a normal service life of more than three years.
The front and end both are equipped with guard roll to prevent belt deviation.
And the head of the belt conveyor is equipped with polyurethane sweeper,which does not damage the belt and can clean belt with good condition.
The drive system is easy to maintain, the roller is wear-resistant with a long service life.
The conveyor belt’s width is larger than the discharging belt to make conveyor belt work efficiency reach 1.2 times of the maximum production.
The angle of conveying is less than 20 degrees,so as to maximize the conveying efficiency .
--Cement Weighing System
The cement weighing system is consist of two parts. Weighing holding bin (upper one) and loss weighing bin (lower one). Rated cement stored in weighing holding bin, and can be quickly discharged to loss weighing bin as the command, and there is a servo screw conveyor connected with loss weighing bin, can quickly feed the mixer as the mixing design, and the system will calculate the consumption of cement automatically to guarantee the accuracy of continuous batching.
--Cement Weighing System
Each hopper has 3pcs of load cell & 3pcs of air shock .
Feeding screw conveyor adopt servo motor.
--Twin shaft Mixer
The mixer shaft diameter is big and the quantity of blade is more to make the mixing situation more evenly. Our blade is made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy which the normal service life is more than 100000 tons. With the technology of non liner plate,customers can save the cost and also no trouble for replacing the liner. Bottom of our mixer also have windows for customers to clean mixer inside. And both side of mixer have platforms for customers to do maintenance. The discharge port is larger and will no cause any block material.
